The newly appointed Minister Basis Rajapaksa had a close shave when an Eelamish person he was trying to molest at the Dehiwala Zoo, when all of a sudden it aimed a blow at him. Basil demonstrated that besides political acumen he had reflexes in spite of his graying hair. He ducked and then laughed aloud.
