In a statement issued yesterday, the LTTE has urged Tamils all over Sri Lanka to help them in their effort to liberate Eelam from the clutches of the racist Sinhala government forces. It is for the sake of the 80 million Tamils around the world that the LTTE and the great Sun God Prabhakaran is risking life and limb, and therefore, more commitment is required from the Tamils.
The statement noted that due to the efforts of the genocidal racist Sinhala government, much of the world opinion has turned against the LTTE. For example, they have been accused of credit card fraud in England, when all what they really did was take donations unbeknown to the owners – who if told of the effort to liberate Eelam, would have willingly donated anyway. Similarly, the Indian government, ruled as it is by Italians and Sikhs, have continued to discriminate against Tamils like the Sri Lankan government is prone to do.
The bulk of the damage to the LTTE’s reputation was caused by the Oxford educated yet treacherous, hypocritical, good-for-nothing Kadiragamar. It is a shame to all Tamils to have had such a man amongst them (the LTTE is proud to have done a common service to all Tamils by bringing his life to an end). However, the damage is done, and despite the valiant effort by Dr. Kumar Rupesinghe, Pakiasothy Saravanamuttu, the Berghoff Foundation etc, the LTTE’s image within the international community lies in tatters.
The LTTE has beseeched true, faithful Tamils to help them overcome this. The LTTE has undertaken a crucial campaign: that of killing civilians. The first and most important aspect of killing civilians is that the number of racist Sinhalese on this planet is reduced. That means there will be less Sinhalese to kill innocent Tamils. Secondly, the more civilians that are killed, the more pressure there will be on the racist Sinhala government to stop this war and return to peace talks.
It is in the third aspect that the average Tamil can help. As more Sinhalese civilians are killed, the more that their blood will start to boil. This anger needs to be directed at all Tamils, whether they are part of the LTTE or not. To achieve this, Tamils need to provoke the Sinhalese. Steal from the Sinhalese. Forcibly occupy their land. Sue them for racism for any real or perceived injury. Hang the Eelam flag at your residence, and openly declare your support for the LTTE and Eelam. Refuse to accept the jurisdiction of any Sri Lankan government agency, as your leaders are in Eelam. Stop paying the taxes that go towards keeping the North alive. Continuously use government-provided amenities like free health, free education, subsidized fuel etc, all the while abusing the government. 
Actions like this will coincide with the rising death toll of racist Sinhalese. If all Tamils unite in this effort, the Sinhalese will break, and attack Tamils. Finally, the desired result will happen: 1983 will be reenacted. Tamils killed, Tamil shops burnt…and no one will even remember that the LTTE started it! Tamils will then finally have proof for all our claims of discrimination, and the international community will start supporting the LTTE once again. However, it is important that this time round, no Tamil accepts help and shelter from racist Sinhalese, and instead they sacrifice themselves for the cause. In the event that help from a Sinhalese in unavoidable, it should never be publicized. (A detailed guide on behaviour during this time is to be published soon.)
The LTTE notes that certain Tamils will have to undergo personal risk – they may be killed or injured, and they may lose all their property. But as this is in the name of the greater good of all Tamils, it is understood that Tamils will be willing to sacrifice themselves.
Further, such an event would bring unprecedented benefits to Tamils: immediate visa to all Western countries sans endless security checks – all Tamils would become refugees. This will give Tamils the chance to experience a living standard so high that it is matched only by the standard of Eelam in the East. Tamils would stop being liars, because the discrimination and harassment they speak of would finally be reality. Most importantly, Eelam will be realized. Who could ask for more?
