The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) has expressed horror and dismay at the brutal killing of partially racist Sripathi Sooriyarachchi by the racist homophobic Sinhala government. In a statement issued over the weekend, the LTTE noted that while they were happy to see the back of yet another (partially) racist Sinhalese, this exemplified the fact that Sri Lanka was the most dangerous nation in the world for dissidents, journalists, NGOs and Tamils.
Sripathi Sooriyarachchi a Member of Parliament of Sri Lanka allegedly died due to an accident when his vehicle veered off the road and hit a tree.
LTTE spokesman Rasiah Ilanthirayan points out that the racist Sinhalese government is solely responsible for the death of Sooriyarachchi, and this conspiracy had been in the offing for some time. Defying international opinion, the racist Sinhala government pulled out of the CFA. This has resulted in racist Sinhalese soldiers being deployed all over Eelam, and thus removing them from Sri Lanka, where they should rightly be working.
Had racist Sinhalese soldiers actually been in Sri Lanka, the government could have deployed them at 5 meter intervals along roads, thereby preventing any road accidents. Further, the extra soldiers would have been able to continuously wipe wet roads, as LTTE trainee cadres do in Eelam. By choosing to go to war with the LTTE instead of doing their rightful job, the racist Sinhalese government must be held accountable for Sooriyarachchi’s death.
The LTTE also points out that such a chain of events would never have happened in Eelam. Vehicles are available only to senior LTTE cadres, thereby limiting road accidents to a minimum. In fact, roads themselves are seldom found, so that not only are accidents almost non-existent, loyal Tamils are kept fit by having to walk everywhere for their day-to-day needs. The fact that the racist Sinhalese government has built roads everywhere and made vehicles available to the general public proves that they are responsible for putting the public at risk on a daily basis.
Also, the fact that such sturdy trees were conveniently available on the sides of the roads is highly suspicious, as if they were planted in anticipation of such an accident. The racist Sri Lankan Air Force is known to bomb forests, thereby showing their disrespect for the environment. Why would such a race have planted trees near roadsides?
Tamilnet has learnt that the tree Sooriyarachchi’s car crashed into is a tree commonly found in the jungles of Wanni. Therefore, it is not improbable to surmise that when the SLAF recently bombed the forests of Wanni, it was to create a diversion for the army to creep in and steal some of the best trees in Wanii, later to be used to kill political opponents. This theory is further lent support by the fact that the Environmental Minister in Sri Lanka is from the JHU. Tamilnet is proud to be the first to uncover this grand racist Sinhala-Buddhist conspiracy.

Subsequent interviews with residents of the Thambuttegama area has revealed that this tree had only arrived recently at this location and even the residents were unaware of how this came about. When our correspondent later went to record statements by these residents, we found out that they had all been abducted in a white van.
Tamilnet urges citizens (especially opposition political parties in Sri Lanka) to remain vigilant about trees that may suddenly appear in certain areas. If any such trees are noticed, it should be reported to the Eelam Forest Protection Division, so that they can promptly make arrangements to return the tree to Wanni.
The LTTE has called on the UN and the international community to enter Sri Lanka under the basis of R2P (right to protect), as the racist government is clearly not protecting its citizens. They hope that well-placed Tamils such as Radhika Coomaraswamy will take necessary steps in this regard.
